1 How can I join Fan Team Owner?
You can join our network by subscribing to a membership level.
2 Can I change my membership level later?
You can always upgrade your current membership level.
For downgrading to a lower level, please contact us directly. The downgrade can only be possible if you haven’t used any of the perks assigned to the level selected by you.
3 Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership within 14 days after you join, and if you haven’t used any of your membership perks, for example, such as:
- Voting on Decisions
- Discounts
- 3
If you cancel your membership after the trial period, your membership will expire when the next payment is due.
If you want to cancel your membership effective immediately, please contact us directly.

4 How long is my membership valid for?
Your membership is valid for as long as you’d like! It will auto-renew after 12 months.
5 What does the platinum package raffle for 2023 entitle me to?
This is a raffle entry to have the chance to become a platinum level member in 2023.
6 How do I receive confirmation of purchase?
You will receive confirmation of purchase via email.

8 Can I exchange merchandise including my free tee?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at matt@thedryworld.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

9 What tickets does my discount work on?
You are eligible for discounted general admission tickets only. Platinum & Diamond level members are entitled to VIP tickets.
10 What decisions am I able to vote on?
There are lots and we are frequently adding more! On the members platform all future decisions are visible under the decisions tab.
11 What merchandise can I use my discount code on?
You can use your discount code on Team Cheetah merchandise. You can also enjoy an additional 20% discount on all SLT merchandise!
